Our Mission
The mission of Bayside Baptist Preschool is to provide a secure, stimulating, learning environment in which the young child is encouraged to develop their God-given potential in an atmosphere of Christian love. We pledge to work in co-operation with home and church as we nurture the young child spiritually, physically, emotionally, intellectually, and socially. We commit to honor Jesus through a lifestyle that is a testimony to our students, their families and our community. "Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old, he will not turn from it." (Pr. 22:6)
Overview
Bayside Baptist Preschool is designed to provide early learning opportunities in an atmosphere of Christian love. Preschoolers are challenged to engage in hands-on activities that are designed to address the developmental needs of the whole child. Classes are divided by age to enhance each child's learning experience. Rooms are clean, bright and safe, staffed by qualified Christian teachers. Special events include: Christmas and Easter programs, art shows, and a picnic at years end.
To enter our Toddler program, a child must be between 18 months and 2 years 6 months by September 30th. To enter our 2 ½ year old class, each child must be 2 ½ years old by September 30th. It is not required that children who are enrolled in these classes be toilet trained. However, children entering our 3 year old program must be completely toilet trained. A child must be 5 years old by September 30th to be enrolled in the kindergarten program.
