Registration Info. & Enrollment Package

Registration for the 2012–2013 School Year begins Monday, January 23, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in the Welcome Center.

Required Documentation: Birth Certificate, Up-to-date immunization record, last 4 digits of Social Security number, 2 local emergency contacts/phone numbers, insurance, and doctor's information.

A child is considered registered when all preliminary fees are paid and paperwork has been submitted. Monthly tuition payments begin in August. For kindergarten students, a school physical is due upon a Kindergartner's first week of attendance.

Children may be registered throughout the school year. If you are interested in registration for the current school year, contact the preschool office. We enroll as space becomes available.
