Bayside Food Pantry serves our church family and community through meeting needs in the name of Jesus.

Who does the Food Pantry serve?
  • One week each month we sponsor families referred to us by Virginia Beach Social Services by supplying those families with pantry items.
  • Provide Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter Baskets to low income families at Diamond Springs Elementary School.
  • We partner with Mercy Chefs delivering single serving frozen meals for senior adults or anyone needing assistance with meal preps.

How can I participate in the Food Pantry Ministry?
  • Each month a different item is collected to replenish our inventory of non-perishable goods. Donations can be brought to the Welcome Center on Sunday mornings or to the church office during office hours.
  • Volunteer as driver to deliver Mercy Chef meals each week.
  • Prepare pantry items and holiday baskets for distribution.

If you are interested in serving with the Food Pantry Ministry or if you know of someone needing assistance,
